Allow users to input their metadata into the application and output RDF
suitable for use in dereferencing URIs or in creating RDF data dumps.

Stand-alone software for small datasets (CSV, Excel), mapping of relational
database to RDF server/SPARQL endpoint for large datasets

Download executable or code via web, preferably open-source
