Cannot issue commands from hass #4

This is a new ticker regarding the previous issue where a BDV-E4100 cannot accept commands from hassio. Returns on lovelace an error "Failed to read command list from device" I attach dmr file dmr.txt

Just to clarify, states of the media player are properly recognised(ie. on,off, playing). It's the commands only (eg. pause,next, volume) that show this message and of course they never command the home cinema
