The README seems very outdated, listing only Python 2.6, 2.7, 3.4 as supported, but nothing newer

Great! You also have pretty outdated versions here: https://github.com/dilshod/xlsx2csv/blob/master/pyproject.toml#L17-L27

Probably want to deprecate no-longer-supported-pythons, anything below 3.7 say
