Bug report template repro link broken #2341

The bug report template includes a link to https://stackblitz.com/github/B2o5T/graphql-eslint/tree/master/examples/basic

But that doesn't exist. There's no basic example anymore.

While you're there, the template also has a typo: "editng" -> "editing"
