Optimizations is not a valid VCCLCompilerTool setting #414

The file src\client\windows\build\internal\release_defaults.gypi at line 4 sets 
a VCCLCompilerTool settings with the name 'Optimizations'.  The correct name is 
'Optimization' (without the trailing s).

A version of Gyp soon to be released will warn of this error.
