When your phone still alive and have access to fastboot and recovery, use this https://github.com/dimaslanjaka/android-engineer/raw/refs/heads/master/RUI3%20In-Depth.apk

When dead boot, you should go service center or flash it using UFI direct (i dont have it)

the apk didnt installed it says 'app not installed as package conflicts with an existing package' but i dont have installed that app and can you give the password of this tool
