Hi,

i was wondering if it's possible to add support to test DNS servers used with 
DNSCrypt ( https://github.com/jedisct1/dnscrypt-proxy ).

A very cool idea. +1 Although it would be best to do encrypted query measurement, but it's not required. DNSCrypt servers running the dnscrypt-wrapper respond to regular (non-encrypted) DNS queries so that's fine just to add them.
