use the VMD mofile plugin

It would be good to use the VMD molfile plugin for file formats, for which we 
don't have a native reader.

The user will have to install the plugin library (a shared lib) separately and 
MDAnalysis will dynamically link it.

Need to write or adapt a Python wrapper (which could be useful in its own right 
outside of MDA, too). Documentation for programmers at 
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/plugins/doxygen/ but I haven't found any 
open source Python code to access the library (suggestions are welcome!).
