HTML documentation shipped with release 0.7.4 is incomplete #82

This is not a big issue but the HTML documentation shipped with release 0.7.4 
(not checked older releases) lacks the _static folder in which sphinx stores 
stylesheets and javascript.
As a result, the HTML documentation is not formatted and javascript-related 
stuff such as search is not available.
As sphinx machinery is visible when browsing the source code, I would assume 
something was forgotten when building the source release.

Thanks, will fix it for the 0.7.5 release.

(The subversion source is complete; we use it directly as the online docs.)

Should be fixed in r916. The _static, _sources, and doctrees folders are now 
included so anyone who downloads the source distribution can browse the html 
docs offline exactly the same way as the online docs.
