Construct an indicator on the COVID periods

The most disaggregate level we can (days or weeks). After looking at the trends, we can aggregate the variable
Look for the COVID waves in each country. Check the waves from https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/region/croatia

For each country, please create a time trend graph with the number of cases, and a time trend graphs with number of deaths. On the john hopkins covid tracker or our world in data covid tracker, it should be possible to get these graphs ready made, without downloading the data and do the graph ourselves. Let's look at these time trends together for each country and propose a definition of "waves".
