What is the advantage of defining your own descriptive table function (produce_sumtable) over used a canned function to do it?
It seems to me that this should simply take data set, a list of variables to be summarized and a list of statistics to be created and output a single table instead of using exactly the same custom function over and over again for each variable separately
Graphs 4 -6 are very specific to a particular project and include a lot of data wrangling. I think it would be more useful to
Have a function that takes as input a dataset that has already been wrangled and a list of variables to track answers. Then create histograms for all continuous variables and bar graphs for all categorical variables
It would also be useful to create another function that lets you see how two different variables are related
