References debug-render-2d and debug-render-3d #58

The debug-render cargo feature was split into two separate features: debug-render-2d and debug-render-3d. This PR updates the Getting Started doc to match the new features.

+1 on getting this merged in, hit this problem yesterday and wasted 30 mins trying to figure out what was wrong.
