Suggest - change TOmniCounter.Value from Integer to int64 #72

I suggest to change the type of TOmniCounter.Value from Integer to int64, in a 
situation I count bytes, I got overflow - no error msg, but you know, the value 
will become wrong after it reaches MAXINT...
