French translation complete #16

hello dimmus,

Eflete PO file is now fully translated into french. I do know eflete is now using Weblate for translation management but a web-based interface is an akward tool to use with such a large file (made from scratch).

I'll glady use Weblate for upcoming revisions and corrections.
