Images hosted on ghcr.io have the wrong README file

e.g. https://github.com/dimo414/docker/pkgs/container/utf8 should display https://github.com/dimo414/docker/blob/master/utf8/README.md but instead is linked to https://github.com/dimo414/docker/blob/master/README.md. It's also possible the linked README isn't updated when the image is updated, but I haven't verified that.

• Setting org.opencontainers.image.source or other labels doesn't seem to do anything
