As long as it ends up in the right location on the SD card and in the right format, homebrew launcher doesn't care how it gets there

idk how to download things when on the wiiu browser

Don't think you can. Just use ftp and your phone if you don't have a computer

WiiUBru Go was a good way to do it, but sadly it no longer exists and has been patched.
