Lag when opening Settings while change Game in Icon Carousel Mode (DRC) #149

Hi, small bug, found in Build "Loadiine-nightly-69fa0c0". If GUI for DRC is set to "Icon Carousel" it's starts to lag while opening settings until the Animation for the Icon Carousel when changing selection is done.

Not tested with other builds or different GUI Settings. Should be same result.
