HID to VPAD fixes #168

The most recent version of HID to VPAD has support for multiple HID controllers each emulating a separate pro controller, however the most recent Loadiine GX2 build will allow multiple controllers to connect, however it forces all of them to emulate the gamepad simultaneously (defeating the purpose of allowing multiple connections in the first place). Can you add the HID to VPAD GUI in so that you can control the controller mapping, or at least set it up so that each new controller is mapped to a new player?

Currently not planned, because creating the GUI is really too much work
