Signing Failed (object file format invalid or unsuitable)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I tried different ipa files
2. Tried to change location of iResign and ipas

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Signing failed
/var/folder/TO................................./Payload/Appname.app: object 
file format invalid or unsuitable

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iResign 1.1 MacOS 10.5.8
