Fail to install #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I can resign the file succesfully
2.  but when I sync with itunes to my iphone 4 (5.0.1) it fails to install

3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac os x snow leopard

Please provide more detail. Whats the error message? Check console if nothing 
comes up.

i have the same issues but i use iPhone 4S ios 6.0.1 and iTunes 11 so what do i 
have to fix this issues ? 
by the way i use Win7 to install apps some OK and a lot failed same problem 
even i use mac to install
