What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select .ipa file
2. select .mobileprovision
3. enter certificate name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected a re-signed app, but received an error message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.1, Mac OS S 10.6.4

Same problem under v110 Mac OS X 10.8.2

Getting this same error now.  I do not see it using v110 under the latest OS X 
10.7, but do see it on OS X 10.8.2.
