Insert/Edit Link Window does not work properly #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate WebInvoice Plugin

After activating WebInvoice Plugin the common WP Function Insert/Edit Link 
isn't working properly. It's neither possible to insert an URL by typing (just 
copy and paste) or to select a link...

WP 3.1.2 under Linux derivat.

Note: Same as issue 104 which I just added. I have a solution in there though.
