Invoise Send ERROR WP 3.4.2 MU #233

I try to use your Wordpress Plugin (WEB INVOICE) But it did´t work for me. 
Here is the case:

    1. fresh Install - Web Invoice - Invoicing and billing for WordPress 2.1.0 - from Wordpress Backend (WP 3.4.2 MU)

    2. Side wide activate

    3. Move to one of my Blogs Backend

    4. click Web Invoice

    5. Setting Page -> Payment -> other

    6. make all setting on the Web Invoice Setting Page

    FIRST ERROR --> Settings Page _> Main -> send Payment infos
    when i select YES it save the value YES but when i select NO it does not save the value NO it save the value BLANK???!!!

    7. Create a new Invoice

    8. Save and preview

    9. Web preview works fine!

    10. Send to client ERROR!!!!

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/is/htdocs/XXXXXXXXXXX/wp-content/plugins/web-invoice/lib/dompdf/include/zj1az_cji_dwl8b9l2d1x4zdwmx4n.cls.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear/php5.3') in /is/htdocs/XXXXXXXXXXX/wp-content/plugins/web-invoice/lib/dompdf_config.inc.php on line 194

    In HTML CODE the Error is locatet in:

    <div class="wrap"><br>
    <b>Fatal error</b>: require_once()

    Please can you tell me how to fix that Bug/Problem?!

    i really love your Plugin it is the best solution for my need but it does not work so please contact me and tell me what i can do to fix that Problem.
