Separating customizations from core file #36

Everytime that I update core file, I loose every customization.

I'm using Wordpress 3.0 and PHP5.

I suggest to separate these options from core to separare configuration file:
- Payment images and URLs
- Due date and other date formats
- Layout of web invoice
