Can't attach a user to a WebInvoice #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed Plugin
2. Completed My Settings
3. Goto create new invoice.
4. Drop down for Users is empty (there are several users in my DB).
5. Can create a new user, but even they do not appear in the users drop down.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am not sure what the output should be, this is the first time I have used it. 
 The Invoice Page I created was completely blank.  Not sure if I am missing a 
step here, I haven't found much documentation on this plugin.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.0.17, PHP5 Setup with WordPress

Unless you are using WPMU, I have no clue what the issue is. I would require

Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this?  Not really looking to pay for 
support for a plug-in that isn't working "right out of the box" after 
installation.

You don't have to pay for getting this fixed, it looks like a genuine issue. If 
you could please contact me and give me access to your WordPress installation I 
can have a look and probably roll out a fix.
