Allow Invoices to be sent with only Email credentials. #56

Right now it seems a user has to be signed up on the WP site to use 
WP-Invoices.  If you could make it so people could sign up when the invoice is 
sent, that would be easier to turn it around for people who have not signed up 
for your site yet.

Basically I would feed WP-Invoices an Email addy OR a WP Username.  If I use 
just an email addy it sends out an email to that user and tells them to sign 
up.

You can always create users with the e-mail addresses.
