What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Web Invoice
2. Go to a post or a page
3. Highlight some text, click on the Link manager button and attempt to add a
new link.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Link Manager doesn't allow any input into adding a new link

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.0 on Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
Disabling the Web Invoice plugin returns all functionality back to normal in
the WYSIWYG Editor.

See Issue 104 as I have posted a temporary solution in there that will
hopefully get implemented. I have implemented it in my own local copy of Web
Invoice
