Making three different popup galleries #1014

My question is it possible to to have three separate magnific popup galleries on one page? I currently have magnific popup gallery which works perfectly fine. I want to seperate my portfolio images into three different galleries. Using Magnific Popup and Bootstrap 3.

I know I need to edit JS if this is possible, but can someone help me out. I been lost on this for a few days. Don't know what JS to fix. Thanks for help in advance.
