Weird line and symbol on all popup videos for YouTube #1191

Weird diagonal line with a plus symbol. It stays there when the video plays also.

See attached image. When I mouse over it, it dances around like a windshield wiper. Very weird. Does this in chrome and firefox too so it's not a browser issue.

it ended up being the close button and the CSS was making it freakout.
