org.apache.mathutil is missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.While trying to execute the example programs it arises
2.After cleaning the project doesn't have any error 
3.once try to run an example error occurs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cloudsim-3.0.3
on windows 7 64 bit machine
Please provide any additional information below.
installed the eclipse helios in a separate drive and executed with 
administrative mode but no change in execution
