add coinbase maturity for tokens #52

Now coinbases are added as normal inputs to mtx for any confirmations this might lead to AcceptToMempool missing inputs errors (if reorgs) Use maturity

I saw this even on two-node test chain with only one mining node (seems after the mining node failure - index became invalid and a bad coinbase was added)
