Remove "preheat oven" suggestion from delivery SMS #208

I have heard from a couple of friends that mentioned that the delivery SMS notification cited preheating the oven, but then when they received the meal the oven was not used.

"Pre-heat oven" copy has been removed from Onfleet SMS.
