The current upload of userdata needs some tweaking.

The following fields should be removed:

new_pass (this is confusing, just one "Password" field is enough)
SpecifyUserID (this is not needed)

The following fields should be changed:

Name (using "Login" makes it more clear, also there is "lowercasing" going on so data uploaded is "changed" currently)
Password - this field "does not work" with the current version of the tool
