[ ] Discuss what conclusions we come to by comparing the results of the FPCA and COCOMO.

@planek Do you have a final estimation for FPCA? I could adjust the COCOMO to come out around $100k (currently it is $50k), but they should be relatively close to each other.

For the FPCA I got $25,000. It seemed low.
