Any issues I thought could have been summarized in here (title page, etc.) I decided to close and just turn into a checkbox. If they warrant further discussion, reopen them and we can discuss on that issue. Let's leave these comments for discussion of the document overall.

When closing any of the issues that are still open, (#63 for example) paste a screenshot of the finished product.

@dinder-mufflin/owners Alright guys. I have created a separate private repo for our final document. I'm using LaTeX to build it. You all should have access. Don't worry about contributing there. Just tell me changes to make and I will add them in. This way we can have everything in one place. All in one PDF.
