Feature request: Show all albums but exclude one (or more) #87

I can specify certain albums to show, but I need a way to show all albums but 
exclude one (or more) albums. 

If I have a page that shows specific albums, I have another page that shows 
only the remaining albums. I used to use PWA JS which had this feature.

Any help appreciated!

Added options settings.removeAlbums and settings.removeAlbumTypes te exclude 
one or more albums.
Will be included in next release.
