Fail to upload video #3

when i try tu upload a video gives this message:
Metada Submission failed: <?XML version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8 and other thin, 
also i can,t submit a video from my youtube videso area.

I'm getting the same error despite having configured config.js properly.
