In IE 10.092, clicking the login to submit video doesn't open a log in page #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In IE 10.092
2.State = not logged into youtube and have not yet ever logged in via IE.
3. The widget shows this message: Please login to submit your video.
4. Clicking login does nothing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a log in to youtube page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
See above.  Site is petsmove.org

Please provide any additional information below.

If I login to youtube and then go back to the page, it seems to work fine.
So, if user has not previously (recently??) logged into youtube with the 
browser being used, they have no way to log in from widget.
