Submission Error on using reference hosting

Since the hosting ytd lite on my own server doesn't seem to work for me (I am 
getting an XML error - ref. prev. issues thread), I am using the reference 
hosting.

I am getting the same XML error about the domain.

View attached screenshot.

YTD-lite doesn't seem to be solid enough right now, it would seem. Jeff 
Pozniak, please check out the issues section and help us fix this.

Same issue as above - tried to change keywords, description, and name of videos.
Nothing worked. I'm still getting the error.

I'm also getting this error.  I've yet to successfully upload a video.  Any 
ideas on getting around this?

Please sync to the latest version of the codebase and try again. This was 
submitted to the code repo to fix the issue last month:
