Need folder links at top to refresh message list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login with a valid user.  The message list displays.
2. Using a separate client, send an e-mail to the email account.
3. Click the Inbox link at the top.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One might expect the list to be refreshed with the latest mail sent.  But 
currently, the list is cached 
and never gets updated until the user logs out and back in.

Work has started on this issue and will include an overall better refresh 
system.

Refresh happens every 30 seconds.  Agreed as best solution for this issue.
