Need email list split into pages #2

If the inbox holds a large number of emails the page would take a long time to 
load and would 
make it cumbersome for users to find a specific email.

We would like to see:
1. A drop-down to specify the number of emails per page.
2. A next page and previous page link.

Setting this for 0.2.0.  This is a Usability issue.
