Rendering of message list doesn't work well in Firefox #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login with valid user

What is the expected output?
The message list should show in its entirety, as in other browsers.

What do you see instead?
The PageWrapper labels at the top show as normal, but no list shows.

Problem:
It seems the more recent HTML standards require the script tag to be used as 
start+end separately.

Proposed fix:
In XWMList.wo/XWMList.html, replace the current script element with a start+end 
with no content.

Possible impact:
No adverse impact.
