A subscription needs to be executed when tapped in a list.

When tapped, the system checks if the sub has '?' template in it and prompts 
user to enter the parameter. Entered text is then substituted instead of '?'

Then, system substitutes user's PIN code instead of '%' sign in sub's template.

Then, system sends an SMS to specified SMS Banking service number.
