i found there is not maskrcnn，the code is complete?

Yes, the code has the implementation of the graph network. the maskrcnn is called as a library from Maskrcnn-benchmark. Let me know if you face any more issues

The graph network is already in the repository.... please look at the README file to understand on how to run it...
