Converted files from Class to Hook #10

I went ahead and converted all of the class components to Hook based components. Please let me know if there is any issues.

This is for the main branch, I work on getting the other branches updated as well.

Thank you @ariaslabs, no need to do the other branches, we will close them soon. We just need it for main.

This Sunday we have a presentation for the OpenData week in NYC, so I'll hold these changes for after that, I'll review as soon as I can.
