Request to add sodiumoxide as a library of sgx-world #4

@dingelish Hi, I'm using teaclave-sgx-sdk to develop anonify, a confidential blockchain platform. I would like to use sodiumoxide as a cryptographic library in enclave, but I can't build it well even if I use no_std. So, could you please add sodiumoxide as a library of sgx-world? Thank you.

@sbellem Sylvain is maintaining a fork at https://github.com/initc3/sodiumoxide/tree/sodiumoxide-sgx . I don't have capabilities recently. I'll get back to this after fix other critical issues :-)
