Add switch #6

Tried the Switch branch, and works without issues as far as I have tested, It is a delay of up 60 sec before HA is updated with the new state that might not be ideal.

This is just a copy of my switch branch, and it wasn't updated for the flow where ip-address is used.

Added + updated + merged my own branch.
