hash_domain(), hash_maildir() not supported by postfixadmin #18

Those two new functions introduced in iRedMail-0.5.0-rc2 are not supported by
postfixadmin. postfixadmin does not supported applying those two functions
to new mailboxes.

So how can I add new user in hashed way?
