Error Output at Installation #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow the Ubuntu Installation guide
2. Working perfectly until the final installation script
3. Nice error output : 

< INFO > Checking necessary command/package: dialog/dialog ...
< INFO > Check configuration file: /root/iRedMail-0.5.0-rc1/config...   None.
Error opening terminal: pcconsole.
< INFO > Exit.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I think the expected output is the installation wizard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last version, 0.5.0-rc1 on Ubuntu server 8.0.4 LTS fully updated. with just 
Bind9 installed and 
configured.

Please provide any additional information below.
i installed webmin before, but quite sure have nothing to do with the error...

Not working on Debian Lenny too.

Could you please run this command before execute iRedMail script:

----
export TERM='linux'
----

And then follow the installation tutorial.

Yeah, thanks!

Totally working now.

This is incredible finally for fast all-in-one server deployment. For doing 
that "with my hands" it would have 
take like 4 hours!
