Improve password policy in iRedAdmin #80

Password complexity:

- At least 8 characters
- Must contains low case character
- Must contains upper case character
- Must contains a special character (e.g. @, <, >, ...)
- Must contains an integer number

Password update policy:

- Force to update in 3 months (90 days)
- Cannot be the same as former 5 passwords.
